SAHIWAL: As many as five people of the same family lost their lives in an accident when a car collided with a trailer on Friday.
Details from the police disclosed that a family were traveling in the car and were on their way from Lahore to Multan.
Due to high speed, the vehicle spun out of control in Sahiwal and crashed with the trailer that was ahead of the car.
Five persons in the car died on the spot whereas three were injured and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Among the deceased are a man, a woman and three children.
